Enrollment Process Overview

We are committed to making the enrollment experience welcoming, transparent, and accessible for all families. Our enrollment process is organized into three phases, beginning with an introduction to our programs, philosophy, and learning community.

Phase One: Enrollment Orientation & Waitlist Application

All prospective families begin by registering for an Enrollment Orientation. Orientation provides valuable insight into our school and allows families to determine whether our environment is the right match for their child. Due to limited space, we ask that only two adults per families attend and no children are allowed at orientation.

During Orientation, families will receive:

  • A guided school tour, highlighting classrooms, learning labs, play areas, and outdoor environments
  • A tuition overview, including available funding and subsidy options
  • A program overview outlining our curriculum, teaching practices, daily routines, and family support services
  • Phase II and III or review during the orientation
  • Families may also complete a waitlist application during this phase.

There is a $35 waitlist application fee, which supports processing and administrative review.
This fee is waived for subsidy applicants, ensuring equitable access for all families.

Orientation & Tour Dates

School Orientations and tours are offered three times per year—March, June, and September. Tours are included as part of the Enrollment Orientation.
